pulp fiction, blood effects!

 

 

Since Pulp Fiction is a violent film, I thought I'd start off trying to make blood splatter effects to see what how they look. I simply added water to paint and started splashing.

 

 

 I then thought of the idea of making bloody photo's. Photo's that suggest the character's were being spied on but the photographer was killed as a result. (Seems I'm drifting off making my own story)

The blood effect works far better on black and white photo's rather than colour

 I then realised the 'blood' didn't soak into the paper right away, instead it flowed over the surface. I thought it looked kind of interesting, so I whipped out my phone and took a quick and not very high quality video haha
